Shipping, exchanges and returns

DELIVERIES

In the event of acceptance of the order, please note that:
  • shipments will be made on the same day as the order or on the next working day, except in cases where it is specified that the ordered goods are not in stock, in which case the delivery time will be communicated in writing or by direct telephone call;
  • if the order was placed on a non-working day, the goods will in any case be dispatched on the next working day.
Exceptions may occur in the event of FORCE MAJEURE. The goods will be delivered by a courier service to your home. Shipment means the delivery of the goods to the carrier. The delivery times described during the purchase process on the site depend on the shipping method used, depending on the weight and size of the items purchased. The courier will deliver the goods only against a signature confirming receipt thereof. If the goods, sent by courier, do not arrive by the deadline, the Customer must contact Confezioni Ecclesiastiche Panarotto SRL at the number indicated on this site. In the event that the goods have not been delivered due to the Customer’s inability to receive them, the latter shall first contact the courier via the references left by the courier for cases of non-receipt of goods and, if this is not possible, contact our warehouse via the contacts published on the website.

LIABILITY FOR LATE DELIVERY

If dispatch of the goods cannot take place within the agreed time or the courier in charge does not deliver the goods within the agreed time, Confezioni Ecclesiastiche Panarotto SRL will contact the customer as soon as possible and, depending on the customer’s requirements, will try to establish another delivery date. If no such agreement can be reached, Confezioni Ecclesiastiche Panarotto SRL will refund the customer the full amount paid.

RETURN

In the event of a return, the customer shall follow the procedures communicated by the selling party.
As the sole burden, and if the error was not due to a fact attributable to Confezioni Ecclesiastiche Panarotto SRL, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise offered or promoted by the selling party.

The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, complete with all its parts.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, if there is any damage or tampering, a refund cannot be exercised.

Confezioni Ecclesiastiche Panarotto SRL will refund the customer the full amount already paid within the terms of the law. The refund will be made by re-crediting the amount due to the credit card used by the Customer for the purchase being refunded, or to the bank or postal account indicated by the Customer.

It will be the Customer’s responsibility to promptly provide Confezioni Ecclesiastiche Panarotto SRL with any information necessary for a correct and prompt refund procedure.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be addressed directly to Confezioni Ecclesiastiche Panarotto SRL, which undertakes to reply to complaints within two working days.

COMPETENT COURT

For any disputes, the competent court is Vicenza.
